Q: Which package is right for me?
A: If you have one or two sites, the 'Silver Package' is right for you. One site means that you just have one brand for new and used cars, and are in one location. If you have three or more 'brands or locations,'the 'Platinum Package' is right for you.
Q: How many of my staff get access to the Automotive Stars System?
A: With one 'Silver Package' you can have a maximum of 2 sales managers and a maximum of 6 sales people within one site. Choosing the 'Platinum Package' allows you to have an unlimited amount of sales managers and sale people.
Q: How often can myself, my managers and sales people access the Automotive Stars System?
A: The Automotive Stars Academy is accessible 24/7. It's also iOS 7 friendly and can be used on any mobile device, including iPhone and iPads.
Q: After I become a member, if I have questions who do I contact?
A: The Automotive Stars Academy is unique in many ways. This includes having your very own account manager. Once you become a member you will be assigned your account manager who is happy to assist you with any queries that you may have.
Q: How do I best utilise the Automotive Stars System?
A: There are many ways to make the best use of the Automotive Stars Academy. A couple of examples are -
1) As part of your new sales people's induction
2) Individual sales people who are struggling to meet sales or grossing targets.
Q: How do I know if my sales team are actually going through the Automotive Stars training?
A: The Automotive Stars Academy has a built in 'Monitoring System' for managers. This allows you and other managers to see exactly who has done what training in their own departments. The Dealer Principal or General Sales Manager, can see an overview of all the departments and their entire training activity.
Q: What training is available once I become a member?
A: Once you become a member, you and your team will have access to powerful videos, audio's, podcasts and quizzes to maximise learning retention.
Q: Does Automotive Stars also do face to face training?
